Many home-base business owners limit themselves to how much they can grow. They are “lone” rangers and really stuck on how to expand beyond exchanging dollars for hours or how to service their clients beyond their current model.
Mastermind groups are great for growing and expanding your business. Mastermind participants brainstorm together, hold each other accountable, and challenge each other to implement and achieve their goals. It is a private group that operates on the foundation of “what happens in the group, stays in the group.” Some of them even require a confidentiality agreement to be signed before joining.
Some mastermind groups are free and others are fee based.
I belong to two mastermind groups: One for business business growth and one for personal growth.
The business mastermind is a fee-based membership and required an application to be approved before joining the group.
The personal one was developed by a few colleagues/friends in order to help each of us in our journey of personal growth beyond our business.
Both of these groups have been a wonderful experience for me and I highly recommend anyone that is looking to expand from where they currently to explore joining a Mastermind group or forming their own.
Mastermind groups can be a very powerful asset to your personal or business growth, but do your homework and find the one that is the right fit for you!

I belong to a small mastermind group of like-minded business people. Love it! It’s wonderful to develop a trusting relationship with others who understand your business model and want to help you achieve your goals.
